Delete App Account
If you've decided that you no longer wish to use our app, we understand.
While we're sad to see you go, we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
To permanently delete your account, please follow these simple steps:

Open the App: Make sure you're logged into your account. If the app isn't already on your device, you'll need to download it again to proceed.

Navigate to Your Profile: Once you're in the app, tap on your profile icon to enter your profile page.

Access Settings: In the top right corner of your profile page, you'll find the settings icon. Tap this to open your account settings.

Delete Your Account: Scroll down to the bottom left corner of the settings page. Here, you'll see the option to "Delete Account." Tap it to proceed.

Confirm Deletion: We'll ask you to confirm your decision as this step is irreversible. Once you confirm, your account will be permanently deleted along with all associated data.
Please Note: Deleting your account will remove all your data from our active databases immediately. However, for security and recovery purposes, a backup of your data will be retained for 30 days post-deletion. During this period, your data will not be accessible through the app, but can be restored upon request. After 30 days, your data will be permanently erased from our backup systems as well, ensuring no recovery is possible.
